2. Payment Methods
Prices displayed on the website are expressed in Moldovan Lei (MDL) and include all applicable taxes.
Payment for the purchased products or services is made online via bank cards. Cards issued by the Visa and Mastercard payment systems are accepted.
Transactions are carried out under maximum security conditions through the integrated payment processor. Bank card details are not stored on our Website's servers.
3. Return and Digital Content Delivery Policy
The products marketed on the Website constitute digital content (subscriptions, educational materials, printable sheets).
In accordance with the legislation in force (Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection), the right of withdrawal and return does not apply to service contracts after the service has been fully performed, and to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the Buyer’s prior express consent.
By paying for the subscription/product and gaining access to the digital materials (downloading, viewing, or account activation), the Buyer expresses express consent for the immediate commencement of the service performance and acknowledges that they lose the right to request a refund.
Refunds are possible only in the event that access to the content was not technically provided due to no fault of the Buyer (server errors, Website technical failures) and this issue could not be resolved within 3 business days from the email notification.
4. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this Website shall be resolved amicably. If an amicable settlement is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova, in accordance with the legislation in force.
